Zhejiang Soulyam Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 and is located in Pingyang, Wenzhou — China’s premier packaging machinery manufacturing base. With a 20,000 m² facility, 200 employees, and an annual output of over 4,000 complete machines, we integrate R&D, precision manufacturing, global sales, and full-cycle after-sales service. Our products are exported to 30+ countries across Southeast Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Africa.
What products does Soulyam manufacture?
Our product lines include: pillow packaging machines (KD260–450 series), wet wipe production lines (JBK series), bath towel folding & packaging machines (HY series), compressed towel machines, four-side seal packaging machines, shrink wrapping machines (L-sealer + shrink tunnel), automatic cartoning machines, premade pouch machines, 3D overwrapping machines, glove machines, and various non-standard automated production lines. We also provide complete turnkey solutions by integrating third-party equipment with our own machines.
Does Soulyam offer non-standard customization?
Yes. All our equipment can be customized to meet specific requirements — including product dimensions, packaging materials, production speed, automation level, and integration with other production line equipment. We undertake the development of complete non-standard automated production lines. Our standard answer: “All can be met, but customization is required.”

FAQ Of Equipment Purchase & Pricing
How do I request a quotation?
Simply contact us via WhatsApp, email, or the inquiry form on our website. Please provide: (1) Your product details (size, weight, material), (2) Desired packaging type, (3) Expected production speed, (4) Any special requirements. We will provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
What are the payment terms?
Standard payment terms: 40% deposit upon contract signing → 55% balance before shipment → 5% as warranty retention. For large international orders, we also accept 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the model and configuration. Standard machines typically require 15–30 working days after deposit. Customized or non-standard equipment may take 30–60 working days. Specific delivery time will be confirmed in the contract.
What is the quotation validity period?
Our quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. For orders placed within the validity period, the quoted price is guaranteed.
Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Absolutely! Factory visits are welcome. We can arrange a tour of our production facilities, R&D lab, and running machines. You can also request video inspection of machines before shipment. We also attend international exhibitions (e.g., Vietfood & ProPak Vietnam, exhibitions in Thailand) where you can see our machines in person.
What trade terms do you offer?
We offer FOB (Free On Board) pricing as standard. CIF, CFR, and other Incoterms can also be arranged upon request.
Do you offer tier pricing options?
Yes. For most product lines, we offer three tiers: (1) 304 Stainless Steel Basic Version — essential functions at entry-level pricing, (2) 316 Stainless Steel Upgraded Version — enhanced corrosion resistance for demanding environments, (3) 316 Custom Enhanced Version — fully customized with premium components. Each tier has clearly defined technical increments so you can choose what fits your needs and budget.
FAQ Of After-Sales Service & Technical Support
What after-sales service do you provide?
We provide a “Three-in-One” after-sales service model: (1) Online video inspection and remote guidance, (2) Customized installation and operation tutorial videos for your specific machine, (3) On-site training by our experienced engineers. Our service covers: free delivery, installation, commissioning, operator training, and long-term technical support.
Can you send an engineer to my country for installation?
Yes. We can dispatch one experienced engineer to your location for installation, commissioning, and operator training. The engineer’s daily rate is $150/day. Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses are borne by the customer. After the engineer departs, we continue to provide free remote guidance via video calls.
What is the warranty period?
Within the warranty period, we provide free on-site repair, free replacement of spare parts, and free technical upgrades. Beyond the warranty period, we offer free technical consultation and telephone repair guidance. For on-site service, the customer covers the technician’s travel expenses only — no labor charges. All replacement parts are supplied at factory cost.
How fast is your response time for technical issues?
We respond within 2 hours of receiving a fault notification and provide telephone/video guidance immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we dispatch personnel within 24 hours (72 hours for remote locations). Replacement parts are delivered within 24 hours.
Do you provide GMP validation documents for pharmaceutical equipment?
Yes. For pharmaceutical-grade equipment, we provide complete GMP validation documentation including IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification). This ensures compliance with international pharmaceutical standards.
What spare parts do you recommend keeping in stock?
We provide a recommended spare parts list with each machine. Commonly stocked items include: sealing blades, cutting knives, heating elements, sensors, and sealing films. All parts are available at factory cost with fast delivery. We also provide a complete configuration list with each quotation for your reference.
FAQ Of Technical Specifications & Production
What packaging materials are compatible with your machines?
Our machines support a wide range of packaging materials including: CPP, BOPP, PET, aluminized film, POF shrink film, laminated films, and more. The specific compatible materials depend on the machine model. Contact us with your material requirements and we will confirm compatibility.
Can your machines handle my specific product size?
Each machine model has a specified packaging range (width, height, length). If your product falls within the standard range, no modification is needed. If it exceeds the range, we can customize the machine to fit. Simply provide your product dimensions and we will recommend the right model or propose a custom solution.
What control systems do your machines use?
Our standard configuration for wet wipe lines includes: Inovance PLC & servo drives, Schneider Electric components, and Weintek touch screen HMI. Other machines also use industry-standard PLC and servo systems. We can accommodate specific brand preferences upon request.
Can you integrate multiple machines into a complete production line?
Yes. We provide complete turnkey production line solutions. This includes integrating our own machines (e.g., wet wipe machine + cartoning machine + shrink wrapper) as well as third-party equipment. We handle the entire line design, equipment matching, installation, and commissioning.
Do you offer sample testing before purchase?
Yes. You can send us your product samples and we will test them on our machines, providing you with photos, videos, and test results. This ensures the machine meets your requirements before you commit to a purchase.
What certifications do your machines have?
Our machines comply with CE standards. For pharmaceutical applications, we provide GMP-compliant equipment with IQ/OQ/PQ documentation. Additional certifications can be arranged upon request.
